POSITION DESCRIPTION    AREVA Federal Services LLC, a subsidiary of AREVA, is seeking a Piping Stress Analysis Engineer.   Perform stress analysis of piping using computer analysis (CAESAR Program) or alternate methodologies to qualify piping in accordance with ASME B31.3 and in accordance with project support standards and specifications. Check the design work of others. Develop calculation packages.  Work closely with stress and pipe support analytical personnel to attain project goals.   

Qualifications

 All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity.  Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.

• Technical:  BS Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.  
• 2+ years of piping stress analysis experience in Nuclear, Process, Pharmaceutical Chemical or Power Industries.
