Assist Project Manager in handling, coordinating and monitoring of project progress. Managing groups of subcontractors Prepare Site progress report and the necessary project documentation that may include method statement .Ensure timely hand-over (delivery) of project 
Review the nature of non-conformities detected in product / work and determines the disposition of the non-conformities .Validation (certification) of progress claim submitted by the subcontractor 
Ensure prompt preparation and submission of progress claim- including claim for variation- and, if required provide justification of the claims .Prepare and submit report to Project manager on work progress status on a regular basis.

Position has responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects. Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned engineering work; monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.

• Define the systems need for each phase of life cycle of project, reviewing functional analysis by using appropriate tools, This is to be done according to agreements with program manager company, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate in preparation  and validation of detailed project cost estimates
• Coordinate and assist in establishment of engineering office, document control drawing register, electronic filing and document retrieval system, etc.
• Ensures completioReviews and recommends approval/rejection of budget estimate.n of all engineering/technical tasks as per schedule.

• Contribute in developing of project management systems, including assessment and forecast of tasks for projects, also associated standards and procedures.

• Capable in utilizing methods for analyzing, sharing, consolidating, and reporting earned value management such as proper modelling and  simulation techniques with  appropriate software for assessing in forecasting how long a project may take or how much it might cost to predicate the performance and achievements  of project activitie
• Participate in applying quality management principles and processes such as TQM in project activities. Apply suitable systems of industrial engineering discipline including optimization, Safety and quality principles and practices s, foamier with Arena simulation modelling system.

Trains and instructs Saudi employees in the area of his expertise.

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (minimum); master degree is preferable plus 5-6 years with projects experience Including 2-3 years in Mega Project.. Preferable experience in Mechanical ./ Civil field:

• Familiar with international engineering codes and standards.
• Familiar with safer and environmental standards and regulation.
• Managed mining or/and petrochemical projects.
• Experience in working with multiple discipline projects.
• High proficiency in English.

Familiar with special software’s tools and applications in project planning (Primavera, MS project, Icarso, Arena etc,).
