THE ROLE
CCL has been requested to provide a highly-qualified Process Mining Operations professional to work for a leading international EPC contractor in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical sector. Position to be based in Mongolia. Must be prepared to travel as required by client. Competitive rates. Attractive terms of employment. This vacancy is being handled by our Houston office.
THE PERSON
Minimum 6 years of process / commissioning experience. Position under direction of Commissioning Manager. Role responsibilities:
Utilize insight and experience by providing recommendations on strategy, best practices and other load commissioning and operational issues. Ensure best practices by implementing and sustaining reliability centered on Commissioning and Operations processes and systems including: Process engineering, planning and scheduling, materials management, and change management. Maintain client relationships by regular communication to better understand project operations. Enhances skills, performance and development of all employees by sponsoring and promoting training programs so that adherence to specifications is ensured and work of the highest quality prevails.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Must have process mining operational experience. Knowledge of flotation cells, ball mills, sag mills, conveyors and crushers required. Ability to troublsehoot process mining equipment problems. Ability to work in culturally diverse and potentially challenging environment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English, essential.
