Position and Responsibilities You will provide administrative support to project teams within Cameco’s mining, metallurgy and geo-environmental engineering department. You will provide support in the areas of records management, project controls, stage-gate and status reporting, planning and scheduling. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Coordinating meetings, meeting minutes, action items and basic follow-up
• Assisting in organization and preparation of project presentation materials
• Ensuring project records are maintained and organized
• Assisting with budget tracking
• Recording project information to support status reporting, progress measurement and forecasting
• Supporting project team members in completing requirements for status reporting and stage-gate approvals
Education and Qualifications Requirements of the position:
• Certificate or diploma in business administration or project management
• Five to eight years of relevant experience
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
• Superior multitasking, organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven experience in documentation control

Assets:
• Experience in financial or project management system
• SAP experience
