Hire Resolve is urgently looking for a Divisional SHE Manager for one of the leading mining houses in South Africa to be based in Gauteng. The suitable candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of and compliance to SHE Legal requirements, SHE Management systems, standards and driving continuous improvement in SHE within the division/sites. The successful incumbent will have a Degree/National Diploma in Safety Management and a Technical Safety Course plus SHE Auditing Skills (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001), Behavioral Safety Training, Understanding of Isometric, Incident investigation and Safety Risk Management Program trainings (SRMP A2 or A3. You must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience plus excellent computer skills. Highly advantageous to have sound knowledge of Legislation, e.g. OHS Act, SANS Codes, National Environmental Management Act, Waste Act, Water Act, Air Quality Act, Other SHE legislation
