THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a major international oil and gas company to provide a Senior Reliability Engineer to work in the Houston area. Major company package. Excellent rate negotiable dependant on experience. This vacancy is being handled by our Houston office.
THE PERSON
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Minimum 8 years of experience developing FMECA, RAM, MTBF, MTTR and LCC studies, as applied to rotating equipment (pumps, compressors and gas turbines) in oil and gas production. Provide support to project & operational teams in identifying technical risk and developing appropriate reliability strategies. Asset availability forecasting using applicable software. Integration and support of Maximo toolsets. Produce asset specific subsea Reliability Performance reports and working with failure investigation teams on details on failure investigations. Reliability support to Subsea Project teams on subsea critical sparing and design change where necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Graduate in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering. Familiar with international codes and standards, including API, ASME and ISO. Physically capable of completing offshore safety training. Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English, essential. Must be eligible to reside and work in the USA.
