Job grade: C2Reference nr: KUMJV002JOB DESCRIPTION: Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants who will be required to manufacture equipment and install equipment according to sound engineering practise and equipment specifications. Tasks and Responsibilities: Manufacture, install, maintain and repair heavy mining equipment  with a high wear frequency  Ensure that all structural steel is safe and secure on pipes, structure, conveyors, chutes, screens, feeders, tanks, bins, etc. within the Boilermaker field of expertise Install equipment when needed Ensure adherence and compliance to Security and Company’s SHE objectivesMinimum Requirements: Qualified Boilermaker with Trade Certificate at recognised/accredited institution Grade 10/Standard 8 Public drivers licence (code 08) Minimum of 3 years experience in a project manufacturing environment Vienna Assessment level 2/Orange (to be tested on mine) Previous Plant experienceOther Skills/Competencies: Ability to read/interpret drawings Independent, proactive thinker and have the ability to do own job planning High level of multi-skilling Work overtime, do standby and be available for call-outs should the need ariseKimberley Underground Mines JV is an equal opportunity employer.
