Process Operator's, Mechanical & Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians

Mechanical Fitters:

Key Objectives and Accountabilities:
- Developing and participating in the overall execution of planned and unplanned mechanical tasks.
- Adhering to all statutory and OSH&E requirements.
- Providing technical knowledge where possible.
- Involvement in commissioning outcomes.
- Writing job procedures for various maintenance tasks.
- Proactively monitoring, measuring, communicating and reporting issues and technical deviations in all work areas.

As the project approaches its production stage, this role will be part of the operating team and play a pivotal part in the ongoing operation of the mine.

Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated knowledge, experience and understanding of process plant equipment
- Demonstrated ability to plan work in line with predicted operational requirements
- Appropriate trade background and competency certificates
- Mineral processing equipment knowledge.
- Computer literacy

Process Operator's

Key Objectives and Accountabilities:
Ensuring the safe and environmentally responsible operations of the Karara Magnetite Concentrator, including but not limited to: Crushing, Grinding, Magnetic Separation, Flotation, Thickening, Filtration (concentrate/tailings) and Control Room
Operation
Constantly monitors and reviews the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality outputs, anticipating / troubleshooting and solving problems in a timely manner whilst identifying opportunities for improvement.
Participates in projects that improve process efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
Maintains adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant downtime, utility consumption etc., on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as required.
