Job description:

You pride yourself on your experience in sustaining multibillion dollar project portfolios and therefore be the primary motivation behind the successful implementation and engineer performance on those projects.

Report directly to the Regional Manager
Lead and direct a team of 24 engineers and designers
Land Development leaders
Responsible for the continual development of a new and stimulating project book
Generate prospective clients and develop committed, rewarding business relationships
