Purpose: 

Provides knowledge, experience, and expertise in Truck Shop maintenance execution activities.

Conducts Maintenance Execution activities safely and in accordance with schedules and plans by competent maintenance personnel in accordance with the relevant standards and operating procedures.  Complies with collective bargaining agreement.

Correctly and uniformly applies critical controls for material risks.

• Ensure critical controls for material risks are in place and effective, and that standards and specifications are adhered to.
• Completes work on schedule.
• Positively influence the culture to ensure a safe, sustainable and disciplined approach to work.
• Support initiatives to optimise existing business systems, processes, practices, and equipment to improve the overall performance of the function.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman or equivalent experience in Industrial Mobile Equipment Lube / Tire Maintenance, preferably mining.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License.

Experience & Technical Competencies:

• Journeyman level in mobile equipment industrial maintenance.
• Detailed knowledge of theories and practices in mobile equipment Lube / Tire maintenance in shop and field.
• 1SAP or SAP experience a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
