THE ROLE
A major international oil and gas operating company has requested CCL to provide Completion Supervisors. Responsible for coordination of rig site operations for sandface, upper completions, intervention / well testing / cleanup activities including HSSE, planning, execution & contractor performance. Will ensure contractors are fully aware of roles and prepared for execution. Role will require offshore / onshore work including onshore supervision to ensure completion / third party suppliers equipment is ready for mobilisation prior to rig based completion operations. 4/4 rotation. 1 year (renewable) contact. Excellent rate / T&Cs.
THE PERSON
Proven experience with major operator. Also recent deepwater completion installation supervisor experience is essential. Role includes leading delivery of safe operations / working practices. Regular BOSS (or equivalent) safety observation tours, SOCs, Time Out for Safety discussions, Task Based Risk Assessments & Toolbox Safety talks, both offshore & onshore. Also will participate in completions technical limit / CWOP process / provide input to Completion Ops. Engineer. Will promote learning / liaise with Ops. Completion Engineer to ensure appropriate operational lessons learnt are passed to rigsite performance engineer / captured so that operational procedures / practices are amended. Obtain all daily costing information: daily completion tangibles, rentals / services costs to generate a field estimated cost for / completion to update daily cost tracker.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Degree in relevant engineering subject. Well control and offshore survival certification. Fluent written and spoken English.
