My client is urgently looking for a FIFO SMP Superintendent for a large resource project in WA.

The position is a long term contract, a 3/1 roster and a rewarding package will be offered.

The company is a leading resource and power contractor with a healthy pipeline of projects for the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will possess the following,-

• Preferably 6 - 10 years+ experience as a Superintendent with a strong track record across mining & resources projects
• Previous EPCM project experience preferred
• A strong knowledge of mechanical & materials handling packages a key requirement
• A successful track record managing contractors, organisation of resources, client liaison, project planning & implementation of HSE procedures
• Excellent organisational skills & decision making capabilities
• Strong mentoring skills & reporting capabilities
