Job Description:   AREVA is seeking a Key Account Manager II - III. This position will be under the direction of a Key Account Manager II - III who would be managing the account with senior level executive.    Responsibilities and duties under moderate direction include:

• Attaining closed order income objectives through development and maintenance of customer relationships and customer satisfaction with products, services and delivery. 
• Developing or assisting with the development of business strategies to enhance relationships and sales revenue. 
• Leads major proposal efforts from strategy to pricing to contract closure to project execution. 
• Develop customer relations w/site VP levels and below for key account
• Direct responsibility for order development at target nuclear sites. 
• Manage and communicate customer issues, AREVA contracted work progress, etc. to maintain the overall relationship with the site.
• Develops and maintains extensive client relationships with site VP levels and below for a key account.
• Ensures products, services and delivery schedules are satisfactory to customers and closely adhered to by the Company.
• Assigned client relationships typically result in generating $500K-$5M in revenues annually.
• Develops effective individual business strategies for clients.
• Demonstrates value of various technical solutions in response to client issues.
• Provides recommendations to corporate management on related strategic issues.
• Leads or assists with proposal and customer development efforts and introduction of new products and services.
• Proposes cost improvement programs to assist in achieving business objectives.
• Coordinates delivery of pricing estimates; recommends pricing to ensure proposals result in target margin levels. 

Customer relationship management which includes:

• Order development.
• Contact follow up to ensure on-time, safe, quality delivery is the result.
• Communication and management of customer issues.

Qualifications

 All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity.  Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.

• BS Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of closely related work experience.
