We are seeking a dedicated leader to take on the over all regional responsibility for our Life Cycle Services and manage the transfer of Kardex Remstar Nordic from a country based organization to a regional based functional organization. You will prepare business plans for the unit including budgeting, forecasting, resource and training planning. You will be responsible for executing the annual approved business plan and ensure a positive cash flow for the business. Central elements will be to harmonize the country based process within the region and motivate and execute change management  to improve service culture towards the client with  increased efficiency. The positions reports to Global Head of LifeCycle Service. 

The right candidate hold base knowledge in engineering, and shall preferably have previous experience of leadership within complex customer service from related industry. You have demonstrated competence in planning and managing cross-functional service management over several European countries. Your behavior is businesslike, you motivate  people around you and hold excellent organizational skills combined with breakthrough competence. Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English is desired. Knowledge of Russian is beneficial. The candidate may work from any of the Kardex country sites in the Nordic countries – Skedsmokorset/Norway, Stockholm/Sweden, Jyväsktyla/Finland or Odense/Denmark. The role requires some travelling.
