we need an experiencedMining Engineers.
 
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, and as an integral member of the Technical Services Team, the position will be responsible for short and long term mine performance reporting and mine planning for the Millennium Mine.

Key accountabilities will be:

• Development of mine design and schedules for open cut operations; 
• Collection, compilation and reporting of Monthly production into Peabody systems; 
• Determine pit limits and minable reserves based on initial pit modeling;

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Possess tertiary qualifications in Engineering (or similar technical discipline); 
• Have at least 2 years experience in the mining industry; 
• Previous truck & shovel, and/or drill & blast optimisation experience; 
• Knowledge of XPAC, Vulcan and TALPAC software is an advantage;
