Business Performance Superintendent – Capcoal Underground Operations

As the Business Performance Superintendent reporting through to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team to support the site business performance functions. This covers a range of key activities including site performance information preparation, financial analysis and interpretation, budgeting/forecasting, capital control and review. You will play a pivotal role in supporting business performance and assisting the Business Performance Manager in the delivery of Cost, Capital and Contract control across site and managing the various stakeholder requirements both internal and external. Through your demonstrated leadership skills you will provide guidance and support to your team to achieve these goals.

To be successful you will hold relevant qualifications in an Accounting discipline, be CA/CPA qualified and have a minimum of five years demonstrated experience working within a mining/resources environment. You will bring with you highly developed cost analysis skills and management strategies for both operational and capital expenditure as well as strong capabilities in budgeting and forecasting. Moreover you will display exceptional interpersonal skills and will utilise your business acumen to deliver financial information to both financial and operational audiences.
