MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS – DAWSON

Reporting through to a Maintenance Superintendent, Dawson Mine is seeking applications for Maintenance Supervisors for both our Field and Mobile area. As a Maintenance Supervisor you will lead a team of personnel to deliver planned and corrective maintenance on Dawson's Mobile or Field fleet equipment. Through your demonstrated leadership skills you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business to achieve the maintenance availability targets and other KPI's. You will be passionate about motivating and engaging others as you lead your team to achieve these targets through complying with site standards and procedures. Your dedication to health and safety will be evident through your work history.

Your ability to build the capability of your crew, hold your crew to account and take on responsibility for managing your crew and jobs is paramount. To be successful in the role you will possess trade qualifications, relevant supervisory experience and completion of S1, S2, S3 are the minimum requirements for the role. Experience and exposure to Shovels, Excavators, Draglines, Drills, CAT and Komatsu equipment will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will be driven by equipment availability and the ability to focus on maintenance costs, workplace efficiency and will be committed to Zero Harm.
