This position requires a Professional Engineer designation in the Province of Ontario in good standing with 3 to 5 years of experience. Project management training and experience in managing multiple projects would be an asset. In addition to a high achievement orientation, you possess superior planning, leadership and communications skills which enable you to work effectively in a service environment with internal and external clients. Supervising 1 – 2 designers and integrating the work of numerous external consultants, you will have influence on the operating and capital budgets of the sites and may be responsible for capital projects from $100K to $20 million.
