Challenging aspects of this role include:

• Providing geotechnical input into the life of mine design to planning department
• Determine design parameters and modelling to advise mine design and sequence
• Review and mitigation of potential geotechnical hazards and communication to the mine staff

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mine Engineering, Geological or Geology
• Five years experience in underground mining environment, experience in hard rock will be highly regarded
