Job description:

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de la géologie, superviser les activités de géologie d’exploration de la filiale.

Coordonner le travail des équipes sous sa supervision

Planifier les travaux nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs

Faire le suivi des programmes d’exploration

Voir à l’interprétation des résultats

Recommander de nouvelles approches dans le but de maximiser les résultats d’exploration

Suivre les coûts dans les domaines sous sa responsabilité

Identifier les besoins de formation de son personnel et mettre en place les activités de formation

S’assurer de la mise à jour constance des compilations géologiques

Proposer des programmes d’exploration

Requirements

Formation universitaire de 2e cycle spécialisée en science de la terre ou géologie

Expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans le domaine de l’exploration aurifère dont au moins 5 ans en gestion

Expérience en supervision et en gestion de budget

Favoriser la synergie dans son équipe
