Independence Group NL invite applications from Senior Mining Engineers with industry experience to join our “Long Victor” underground mining operation. This role reports directly to the Mining Manager and will offer the successful applicant the kind of Company and role that you have been hoping to find.
We envisage that you will come to us with:
    Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering and expertise gained through work in a similar environment;
    Solid technical skills backed up by a strong practical mining background;     The talent to mentor and develop your small but growing team;     Strong communication skills across all levels of the business;     Experience with relevant design software including Surpac and MWP; and     Knowledge of the WA MSIA&R and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Ideally you will also have a WA 1st Class Mine Managers certificate.
