We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Geologist with strong leadership qualities to run an underground geological team at our Forrestania Nickel Operation. This position represents a fantastic opportunity for career development within Western Areas.
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Underground Manager with technical leadership from the Geology Manager, your primary focus will be to lead your Underground Mine Geology team to optimise extraction of high grade ore; ensuring the collection and collation of geological data for interpretation.

Ideally, your tertiary qualifications and experience will be accompanied with high personal motivation, organisational skills and the ability to mentor, train, encourage and lead a dynamic team of professionals. Your autonomy in the role will increase with your ongoing success.
