Our goal is to continually improve our understanding of the linkage betweenvoidage, subsidence, well failures, and ultimate recovery. We strive to improve and optimizeour waterflood injection strategy, reservoir depletion strategy, and disposition of producedwater.LORPE activities include developing geologic work products characterizing the light oil reservoirsand performing reservoir studies and flood reviews to optimize reservoir performance.Additional activities include planning development projects, production forecasting, economicevaluations, reserve estimation and reporting, and providing project implementation support.

Position Roles and Responsibilities:A. Use existing data, geologic models, and production trends to help contribute to ourunderstanding of the geology and characteristics of the Diatomite and siliceous shalereservoirs, and to aid in the creation/maintenance of new or modified/updated geologicmodels of potential target areas. Provide input to Reservoir Engineer for dynamic modeling.B.
