Driller helper - surface mining (Drilling Drillers Helper) Terrace, British Columbia, Canada
NOC: 7611
Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day
Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Terrace, British Columbia (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's Licence (Class 3 or D)
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Construction: Roads and bridges
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Specific Skills: Assist in drilling and blasting rock
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights, Dusty
Work Location Information: Room and board provided, Remote location
