THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a major international oil and gas company to provide Senior Engineers for direct hire positions based in Houston. Must be eligible to reside and work in the USA. This vacancy is being handled by our Houston office.
THE PERSON
Subsea experience. Experience working in Manifolds, Connectors and Trees Group (preferably) and has been in the oil and gas industry. Designs and directs installation of mechanical or electromechanical products or plant systems. Accountable for design / development of new products that are competitive / profitable, improving designs on current products for longer life and more reliability / testing products at field locations. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
B.S., M.S. or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with 5 - 8 years related experience. Knowledge of AutoCAD, ProE, or MathCAD Design software. Good working knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, stress analysis, computer applications and machine design. Knowledge of production processes and cost determination methods. Knowledge of company policies and procedures and ability to train and develop subordinates. High degree of communication, human relations and managerial skills. Fluent written and spoken English essential.
