Skill Requirements:

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Provincial certification in supervisors, mining and quarrying
Experience: 5 years or more
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Supervisory Experience: Mine labourers, Drillers and blasters - surface mining, quarrying and construction
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities, Establish work schedules, Oversee safety of operations, Prepare and submit reports, Train or arrange for training, Requisition food and kitchen supplies and equipment
Security and Safety: Driver's validity license check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
