Summary of Position:The primary role of this IT position is to work with the existing IT Coordinator to assist in and coordinateBirchcliff’s efforts with respect to the following functions relating to Birchcliff’s business systems and softwareneeds: Identification Evaluation Acquisition/licensing Testing Implementation Maintenance Security

Goals & Responsibilities:The primary responsibilities required for this role are: Enhancing the reliability and integrity of the Corporate Performance Management (“CPM”) software system Assisting in the development and auditing of business processes and internal controls relating to new orupgraded business systems and software Identifying and resolving technical business process issues arising from integration of Birchcliff’s varioussoftware systems Coordinating support requests and timely resolution of CPM issues Assisting in evaluation, testing and implementation of new and upgraded specialized software programs Developing system and business process documentation Maintaining the integrity of Birchcliff’s software test environment and coordinate scheduling of softwaretestingRequired Education/ Experience/Abilities:In recognition of the critical role this position will have in the ongoing growth and success of Birchcliff, it isimperative that the successful candidate possess the following skills, attributes and experience: 5+ years experience in an E&P company Hands on experience and working knowledge of Oracle database architectureIn addition, the ideal candidate would have: Computer science, engineering or commerce diploma or degree Experience with implementation, support and maintenance of complex business systems architecture Very strong skills in Oracle Essbase & Hyperion CPM suite Knowledge of internal control systems related to IT solutions Familiar with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge

Compensation:Dependent on the skill set and experience level.
