Project Manager required to assist and achieve effective delivery of mine gas pre-drainage capital infrastructure project from conceptual design through to detailed design, execution and commissioning.  You will be accountable for:

The Role

• To provide a point of corporate accountability for (project) front-end planning, approvals, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning handover to operations.
• Lead and direct the development of concept designs, design basis and scope of work documents.
• Lead and direct the development, execution & administration of various forms of contracts. Ie/ Cost Reimbursable, Schedule of Rates, Incentivised, D&C, EPC, LSTK, etc.
• Develop, lead and manage the performance of a multidisciplinary (project) team to ensure development goals are achieved efficiently.
  Assume accountability for the development of project costs (including contingencies), economic models and subsequent tracking & control within a robust budget approval framework.
• Assume accountability for the establishment, tracking & reporting of key project milestones, the identification of schedule baselines & critical path activities to meet approved schedule commitments.
• Assume accountability for (project) technical, commercial, legal, reputation, safety, financial & environmental Risk Management.
• Assume accountability for activities conducted by field personnel, contractors and consultants engaged in construction and commissioning activities.
• Lead and direct the development and maintenance of Quality, HSE and Stakeholder management plans for individual projects.
  Lead and direct the development of robust and compliant Commissioning
• Management plans, procedures and systems to foster the safe start-up and operation of mine gas pre-drainage infrastructure.
