GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include: Maintenance and repairs of electrical systems on P&H 2800XPA/B and 4100 XPB/C electric shovels, 930E and 685E Komatsu Haul Trucks, HV Switchgear, HV cable repairs and miscellaneous electrical duties. Other dutes as assigned.

SELECTION CRITERIA

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or Related work experience required.
• Two  (2) to four (4) years experience in an open pit environment preferred.

• Industrial electrical experience is preferred

• Experience with PLC SL504, motor controls circuits, HV cable repairs preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to read electrical blue prints and utlize test equipment preferred.

• Ability to utilize basic hand tools required.
• MSHA electrical cards preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position required.
