We are looking for a highly motivated HR Manager who can strengthen our management team and support our ambitious growth plans within the maintenance, modifications and operation market.

Responsibilities and tasks
•Assist regional management in organisational change processes, talent/performance management, workforce and succession planning
•Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
•Ensure commitment to the internal customer concept
•Guide and coach managers within performance management activities
•Drive effective people development, retention and reward programs
•Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization
•Provide overall support to managers and employees in various HR functions.
Qualifications & personal attributes
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resource Management or related field
•Minimum 4-7 years of experience in HR
•Knowledge labour laws and HR policies and practices.
•High integrity and ethical standard
•High level of confidentiality
•Good communication skills, interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
•Role model for managing and developing people
