Key responsibilities:

• Facilities and Vehicles Planning – Oversee, manage, and coordinate approved activities intended for the construction of administrative buildings and facilities and acquisition of transportation equipment to meet Project requirements.
• Property and Vehicle Maintenance – Plan, develop, and manage implementation of appropriate maintenance programs targeted at keeping company facilities / structures and vehicle fleet in optimum operating condition.
• Contract Management – Manage, monitor, and evaluate delivery of terms and conditions embodied in 3^rd party contracts for the repair and maintenance of facilities, structures, vehicle fleet, and other associated services to ensure compliance with company-prescribed timelines, standards, and financial

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• Seven (7) years work experience relevant to property management and vehicle fleet maintenance, preferably in a senior supervisory role
• Strong background in administrative procedures and systems, vehicle repair and maintenance, procurement, asset management, inventory management, and contracts management
• Demonstrated competency in planning, organisation, and cost control
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office suite of applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills and customer service orientation
