The Process Senior Plant Engineer is part of a team of reliability improvement professionals with the objective of optimizing the performance of the process plant facilities, in alignment with the site's overall business objectives.

Provide Technical support to ensure all assets are maintained in accordance with appropriate standards and specifications assuring the integrity and reliability of the process plant.  Role will also include overseeing all aspects of projects within the Process Division. Other responsibilities include:

• Minimum of 10 years practical engineering/maintenance experience working in a mining, minerals processing or related field.
• Project Management Experience
• Contracts Management Experience
• Supervisory Experience preferably in a Reliability Role
• Mineral Process Equipment Experience a preference

BS in ME or EE or 10 years plus equivalent experience in a reliability role coupled with CMRP or SMRP certifications preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office  (Word, Excel, Access, Project, MS Outlook)

Familiarity with CMS Systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Pronto

Reliability Expertise in the following: Oil/Vibration analysis; ultrasonic testing; thermography; RCM tools.
