• Near-mine exploration and Regional tenements- gives a mix of projects.
• Team of 8 geologists in Perth and the field reporting to you.
• Co-ordinate and supervise RC and diamond drilling programs, target identification and target generation. 
• Outside of that you will also liaise with landholders and get involved with the heritage and environmental side of things.
• Working closely with the Projects Manager on budget management.
• This major gold producer look to expand their current portfolio of 3 operations and several projects with new joint ventures and tenement acquisitions.
• This growth will lead to a Management role in 2 years, running your own projects and team as they expand the exploration budget.  
• Established company so they have internal training programs in place to upskill so your skills don't become stagnant.
• Perth based with site time as required

Given your exploration experience over the past 7+ years you would be ready to step into this Senior role and mentor junior geologists and field assistants. You would have a degree in Geology and gold experience throughout WA.
