Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
· Provide the best finance and accounting services based on requirement from China Finance manager, business units’ management and local government.
· Be in charge of the MM related posting and payment for related company code and vendor. Ensure the work meets and exceeds requirement.
- Follow reconciliation (Recon) and Control Dashboard (CD) tightly, and ensure full score for the two parts.
- To execute area cost control policies in operational payment aspect and ensure compliance with company internal procedures, policies and local legal requirements.
· Be responsible for accounting issues subject to separate task list before deadline with high data quality
· Ad hoc assistance as required by branch finance manager or the immediate manager.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
1. Responsible for RTP monthly recon, SGH VAT recon, SGH advance payment follow up and daily E-banking operation.
2. To be in charge of RTP recon
a) Weekly AP and OR recon should be sent to all staff at week end, to ensure every pending item is checked and reason & background is given.
b) Monthly recon should be prepared after FI closes. Correct figure, explanation and supporting should be prepared, for full score for Recon.
c) A clear book is mandatory and risk management is applied on financial book.
3. SGH VAT recon is worked and followed on monthly basis, to ensure there is no loss for company, and all VAT fapiao is declared under tax bureau’s requirement. Be responsible to issue weekly recon for SGH advance payment and to control this account within 30 days.
4. To handle daily E-banking operation for MCN & HKG. Ensure no operational loss for company, and no delay payment per request. To follow bank accounts and bank clearing accounts. All bank accounts under CNCP & HK05 should be daily checked and these accounts should be controlled within 14 days.
5. To provide weekly, monthly and quarterly payment forecast for treasure purpose.
6. Keep good relationship with banks and other BU associates.
7. Ensure that operational cost related document filing is in proper order and able to meet internal and statutory filing requirements. Make sure that there is no supporting relating to E-banking payment missing.
8. Stick to company’s policy and financial management requirement. Follow month end tasks with PE tasks, and ensure a clean book.

Measurement / success criteria of the position:
· Ensure every payment is aligned with policy and with sound supporting.
· Ensure accounts are reconciled and pending items are well traced and solved based on CD requirement, no loss to the company due lack of management on balance sheet and profit loss.
· None or minor items pointed out by internal and external auditors in task list.
· Regularly review working procedures, smooth implementation of guidelines and policies
· Keep good cooperation with other functions and external related parties.
