THE ROLE
A major international oil and gas operating company has requested CCL to provide a Subsea Performance Analyst on rotational basis to be based in Luanda. 12 month (renewable) contract. Must be prepared to travel as required by client. Excellent rates and remuneration package.
THE PERSON
At least 15 years diversified experience in oil and gas industry in the cost / performance field. Work closely with the Subsea Cost Management team to ensure adequate financial controls are developed, implemented and maintained within the Subsea Operations Team. Experience of working in a PSA environment. Primarily focussed on the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective performance management systems. Detailed understanding of the principles associated with performance management including cost control, contractor performance management, performance improvement. Experience of multicultural teams and an established track record of coaching and developing younger personnel. An established track record of delivery in West African or similar challenging environments.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Degree in an engineering or financial discipline and Chartered Surveyor / Certified Cost Engineer or equivalent status. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Broad industry experience in Project or Operations Services delivery. Previous experience in managing performance delivery. Must have track record of successful delivery on high profile projects.
