This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a well-reputed consultancy based in Perth. Working closely with the engineering manager you will be involved in leading mining and minerals projects through Perth and WA. Your role will include:

• Design of pumping, piping and conveyors
• Leading a small team of 4 mechanical engineers
• Technical report writing
• Site work and assessments

You will need:

• 7 - 12+ years experience as a mechanical engineer
• Have at least 5+ years exposure to mining
• CPEng or be eligible
• Australian permanent residency

This consultancy offers continued career progression as well as a salary above commensurate to your experience. They also offer flexibility to attend courses and gain new training. Salary is dependent on experience but will be in the range of $120-180k + benefits. Salaries outside of this range are available for those with more or outstanding experience. There is also overtime paid for this role.
