Coordinate the tendering processes for Subsea Brazil business.

Responsibilities and tasks 

Perform acitivities related to the Coordination of Tendering Processes: Tender Schedule according to the global procedure (PEM), Costing & Pricing processes, Risk & Opportunity analysis, Cash Flow, Technical & Commercial clarifications, price & cost benchmarks, Local Content analysis, pricing proposals and executive presentations to support the applicable tender approval process.

Interfaces with necessary internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in departmental meetings, bid preparation & review, join customer meetings as needed.

Qualifications & personal attributes 

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 

Advanced English (writing, reading and speaking), advanced level in Microsoft Excel.

Hands-on, intense cross-functionality approach (sinergy with other departments), resilience and hability to deal and manage conflicts.
