Manage billion dollar contract and drive safe and efficient mining operations. Site currently has over 400 personnel, shifting in excess of 34 mtpa.

Particular inputs towards; -

• Reporting and troubleshooting on production against mine and financial plan.
• Development, review and enforcement of safety and production KPIs.
• Budgets and quarterly forecasting.
• Project review meetings.

Flat reporting structure means that you will have direct access not only to the experienced Project Director, but also the Open Pit Mining Manager. The Project Director knows the site and contract inside out, having spent the last two years in a Project Manager position. He is perfectly positioned to mentor you further through upper management levels.

A stalwart of the surface mining space, this ASX-200 mining company have Open Pit and Underground projects across Australia, Asia and Africa. Despite their strong growth, particularly on the WA scene, they have retained their small company feel. The long-running contract will be extended beyond the current 18 months. Offering FIFO from anywhere in Aus to WA location.

Required for this role are a West Australian Unrestricted QM ticket and at least 5-8 years in supervisory roles on Mining Projects.
