Aerotek is currently seeking experienced individuals for multiple entry-level geologist positions. The hiring company is a US-based gold mining and exploration company located near Elko, NV.
As an entry level geologist, responsibilities will include but are not limited to mapping and sampling, data entry and interpretation, reporting to senior geologist, and assisting with exploration processes.
Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a field supporting mining and exploration. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in geology.
These are contract positions which have the potential to develop into a long term placement. Compensation for this job depends on experience. This position offers benefits which include medical, dental, optical and optional 401k.
