Tailoring world-class build-own-operated crushing, screening and processing plants for major mining clients. This includes designing and manufacturing of major mineral processing facilities, ensuring commissioning and providing on-site operation and maintenance.        Located in Applecross, this is a vital position that reports directly to the Project Manager on all implementation of quality methods. CSI are constructing a large scale Iron Ore processing facility and require practical yet effective quality processes on all installation and commissioning of the construction phase.   Key result areas for the position are:

• Implementation of the company’s project quality management systems.
• Provide advice to the Project Manager on project quality plans, specifications and other project requirements.
• Implement quality procedures on the construction works and equipment.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of procedures and provide reports to the Project Manager on quality performance and areas of improvement.
• Review subcontractor / supplier quality systems and provide suggestions for their improvement as applicable
• Coordinate quality control to offsite or onsite applications.
• Promote a quality awareness with project personnel.

              Selection Criteria:

• Experience in the application of quality management principles in the construction industry.
• Sound knowledge of structural and mechanical Australian standards.
• Relevant technical tertiary qualifications
• Proven track record of complying to manufacturers installation and operation recommendations.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
