THE ROLE
CCL has been asked by a major mining company to provide a Facilities Projects Associate Analyst to be based in the Houston Area. Must be willing to travel as required. Excellent rate / terms and conditions. This vacancy is being handled by our Houston office.
THE PERSON
5-10 years of experience in facilities operations / maintenance. 5-10 years of experience in customer service. 5-10 years experience in project management. Manage small and medium construction projects. Manage medium and large office moves involving multiple sites. Manage multiple vendors in execution of project tasks. Provide floor planning support. Assist with the development and implementation of processes and systems for an operation. Understand lease and sublease conditions. Develop a strategy for optimum use of document management systems. Perform advanced searches, recommend folder structure and access groups to meet document security needs.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. Process modelling and documentation. Advanced presentation skills. Must be able to travel up to 25% of time domestically. Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English, essential. Must be eligible to reside and work in the USA.
