This organisation is involved major resource and energy projects across Australia and internationally.  An opportunity now exists to join this leading organisation as a Senior HSE Advisor
 
Ideally based in Brisbane this role will oversee major mining projects as the first point of contact for all matters pertaining to HSE.  Supporting the HSE Manager for regional projects this senior professional will liaise with across site Project and Safety Managers. 
 
Key functions include the planning, co-ordination and leadership of all HSE activities including contribution to tender processes.  The role provides support to and will ensure compliance to organisation and legislative policies and procedures across a number of sites.  Experience in Risk Management is essential. 
 
Formal qualifications will include though are not limited to tertiary OHS – preferable Degree level – Lead Auditor, TAE, QMS1, QMS2, QMS3,G8 and G9. Excellence in interpersonal communication and leadership ability are essential to success in this job.  Experience greater than 3 years as superintendent in coal operations essential.
