We are looking for a dynamic  Mine Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor for location in  Robinson Nevada Mining Company – Ruth, NV.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   1. Establish tactical and strategic goals, objectives, policies and procedures in assigned area within the business. 2. Direct E&I Staff in daily operatons. Inspect daily operations and projects in progress and and uponconpletion to ensure quality of work. 3. Provide administrative and technical direction to staff; interpret policies and procedures established by regulatory agencies. 4. Oversee and recommend the selection of key staff. Participate in the selection of staff. 5. Work with employees to correct deficiencies. Implement disciplinary procedures and recommend terminations. Investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary. 6. Develop, plan, and coordinate the work plan for assigned projects and responsibilities, which may include project management, cost estimates and program development. 7. Coordinate work with other units and site departments. 8. Provide information and resources to site officials and other departments.  9. Evaluate infrastructure, facilities and operating systems for needed maintenance and repair. 10. Coordinate the activities of consultants and contractors. 11. Works on complex issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and delegation to others in a group or functional area.12. Works under limited supervision and has significant latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may impact a group or functional area within the company QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED − Working knowledge of the NFPA70E and NEC regulations and MSHA surface codes. − Understanding of distributive control, programmable logic controllers and visual interfaces. − 15 Years of electrical field experience or similar equivalent experience in mining. − 5 Years of Project Management experience with electrical maintenance projects. Working knowledge of P&H and Bucyrus shovels and drills.  − Ability to aid and mentor staff in shovel and drill electrical troubleshooting and repair  − High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years related operational experience, including supervisory or management experience, OR − Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees. − Ability to plan, prioritize, direct and manage a diverse number of operational areas, projects and activities. − Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. − Skilled in following safety practices, recognizing hazards and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing. − Knowledge of P&H and Bucyrus shovels and drills. −  Working knowledge of electrical systems, such as, variable frequency drives, protective relays, medium voltage drives, wound rotor motors and synchronous motors, high current rectifiers, transformers and switchgear, and power distribution systems. − Working knowledge of principles of electrical planning, scheduling and coordination − Skilled in Microsoft software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project For further information about KGHM International Ltd,
