The Development Coordinator – Mains reports directly to the Mine Manager and is accountable for: 

• safety;
• leadership and management of the Gate Roads development systems and processes;
• management of production and maintenance cycles;
• achievement of target metres;
• cost effectiveness. 

Necessary attributes: 

• experience in underground mining operations essential;
• statutory qualifications of Third Class (Deputy) Certificate or above;
• personal qualities of integrity, commitment and teamwork.
