Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the point of contact for all maintenance work, purchasing and sourcing equipment, goods and services along with assuring tenant relationships are well maintained. Other responsibilities include:
 
- Planning and coordinating office refurbishment and fit outs
- Corporate offering and soft services
- Contractor management
- Management of Emergency Evacuation and Training Programme
- Tender for and negotiate contracts
 
The successful candidate will have previous Facilities Management experience in a Tenant Services position, partnered with a keen attitude and willingness to learn. Knowledge of MS Office and strength in using Excel will support a successful application.
