Responsibilities
Key to this role will be the ability to provide technical support to all operations, identifying potential for improvement or optimisation and solving production problems. Other responsibilities will include:
Take a leading role in the expansion of existing plants, along with the development and commissioning of new projects
Mentor staff and develop strong metallurgical and operational teams across all sites
Participate in high-level business decisions
Skills and Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy or equivalent
High degree of technical expertise in gold ore processing
A demonstrable ability to mentor and train Metallurgical personnel
Prior experience in plant expansions and/or commissioning highly desirable
