- Plan new test plants, from the specification sheet to commissioning and qualification- Perform measurability analyses and statistical process control (SPC)- Prepare and implement new test specifications - Improve test procedures to increase quality and yield  - Take responsibility for the availability and reliability of test plants- Perform problem analyses and find solutions in collaboration with other teams, e.g. process and product engineering, IT, production, and quality- Document processes and train the production staff - Participate in the testing team on-call service

- Master’s degree in physics/PhD, electrical engineering, IT-systems engineering, or similar (graduates welcome)- Knowledge in power electronics and, ideally, in measurement technique - Good command of German and English- Committed, customer-oriented, and pro-active team player- Analytical thinking
