This rapidly growing business has become a leading minerals processor, producer and exporter of Manganese and Iron Ore with several projects across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Cook/cleaner Supervisor for our new Mine site at Carina, which is a solely owned and operated project of the Mineral Resources Group. Carina is located 100 km Northeast of Southern Cross and encompasses a newly constructed accommodation village. The position: You will be required to supervise and run our small exploration Drill camp for approximately 18 staff. Your duties will include but not limited to cooking hot breakfasts and dinners, you must have proven experience in either a management or supervisory role. It is essential you will have sound knowledge of food safety practices, you will need to have proven skills in ordering, stock control, menu planning and staff management. In addition to this you will be required to clean rooms, cribs, toilets etc. on a daily basis. We are looking for people with a good "get up and go" attitude to fit this position.  This position offers a permanent position on a FIFO 2/1 roster.
