Maersk Oil Kazakhstan is looking for a Senior Coordinator on Permits and Inspections to work in Government Relations and Stakeholder Management Department, Aktau.
 
A job of Senior Coordinator on Project Permits and Inspections shall be assigned to a person who has got higher education (technical or legal) and work experience by profession no less than 5 years. Experience in the international oil companies is necessary.


 
Knowledge of production technology, gathering and treatment of oil/gas, rules and standards of labour protection, safety, production hygiene and fire protection rules, standard and methodological materials required for project approvals and permits is required. He/she must have experience in working with state authorities at all levels. The candidate must have fluent knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh.


 
Main requirements:
 
    - list of required permits and approvals, licenses, certificates required for the projects. 

    - rules, standards on issue of permits, approvals of projects by regional controlling authorities in the field of environment protection, industrial safety, geology and subsoil use, sanitary and epidemiological supervision and other state authorities. 

    - general rules of organisation and conduct of inspections by state controlling bodies.

    - content of development and field facilities construction  projects, process technology schemes to prepare data for obtaining licenses, permits and approvals related to the Company projects from RK competent authorities.. 

 
The candidate must be able to:



  

·         Analyze the extraordinary situations when obtaining permits both by the company and a contractor when performing the petroleum operations. 

 
·         Prepare reports as per requirements of legislation and give feedback to management regarding problems occurring during preparation of permits and recommendations on solution of problems. 

 
·         Conduct monitoring of changes in the legislation, regulating permits, approvals, licenses, inspections etc.

 
·         Develop procedures and policies of the company.
