Stakeholder Collaboration and the Terminal industry
We offer a wide range of strategic and operational responsibilities where you will have every opportunity to make a difference and put your personal print on the business.  You will be involved in several projects and the job will among other things include: 
·  Project Management and strategy development for procurement for APM Terminals in Latin America
·  Support APM Terminals stakeholders in line with agreed strategies hereunder everyone from APM Terminals in Latin America as well as technical and procurement managers at the terminals
·  Travelling to terminals on a regular basis to provide support for procurement related matters
·  Interact and coordinate closely with Process Excellence, Operations, HSSE, Finance as well as Technical Asset Management to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives within APM Terminals
·  Develop, drive and execute regional and global projects for Maersk Procurement

You are an independent person who can make fast decisions under pressure and enjoy a technical aspect in your daily work. You are a good communicator and have a passion for project and stakeholder collaboration. 
It is an advantage that you have a background working within Strategic Sourcing, Project Management and/or Category Management. As the job will focus on Latin America, fluency in Spanish is essential and working knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. If you are our ideal candidate you also come with a proven track record of:

·  Being able to maintain a strategic view while keeping track of the details

Furthermore, as it will be an integral part of the position you must be prepared to travel on a frequent basis and stay for periods of 2-4 weeks when required to see through specific projects or processes. The exact location of the position will be determined in consultation with the candidate with options being either Houston, Panama or Sao Paolo.
